Hackers can Bypass Two-Factor Authentication with Phishing Attack
KnowBe4 Chief Hacking officer Kevin Mitnick demonstrates the phishing attack with the fake email pretends to be from Linkedin, but the email actually comes from the typo-squatted domain llnked[.]com. The attack looks simple, whenever a user receives a new connection request in Linkedin you will be notified with an email, by clicking interested it will take to the Linkedin account. Instead of redirecting to Linkedin it redirects to the phishing domain llnked[.]com and it asks to fill the login credentials.

RBI red flags unsecured ATMs: This is your liability if you are defrauded
The RBI has again pointed out that banks have not taken steps to secure ATMs running on old software despite being warned about these a year ago. Despite repeated warnings by RBI, banks have still not made their ATMs full secure and skimming-proof thereby exposing you to the risk of fraud. So here’s what you can do if your card gets skimmed and you lose money.

Google enhances navigation, security features for Google Account
In October, Google had updated its Security Checkup to provide users with an overview of account security and personalized recommendations. Tech giant Google today said it has added new features to Google Account to offer easier navigation and more prominent security and privacy options to users.

New Lazy FP State Restore Vulnerability Affects All Intel Core CPUs
According to Intel this new vulnerability affects all Intel Intel Core-based microprocessors and is a bug in the actual CPU, so it does not matter what operating system the user is running. It could be Windows, Linux, BSD, or any other operating running an Intel Core-based CPU and using “Lazy FPU context switching”.
